At Vinnter, we currently have more men than women, and we would like to grow and bring in more women. At the same time, we are very happy about the fantastic women who are already part of Vinnter. In connection with International Women's Day, we would therefore like to highlight some of them.
Johanna is CEO of Vinnter and leads the company's strategic and commercial direction. She is driven by gathering the right skills and creating collaborations where experience and curiosity have a place. Johanna is a technical physicist and has spent most of her career in product management in technical and IoT-related environments. When she is not working, she enjoys music, improvised musicals, animals and nature, and reading many books.
Hena is a hardware designer from Sarajevo, Bosnia, and has a strong ability to get people to collaborate. She is skilled at gathering different skills and getting teams to work towards the same goal. In her current assignment, she works with automation solutions for cruise ships, which often takes her around the world. In her free time, she enjoys reading, discovering new cities, and taking long coffee breaks.
Anna works closely with both technology and business and is used to environments where a lot needs to fall into place at the same time. She has an analytical way of tackling challenges and a strong focus on solutions that work in practice. Outside of work, she is a mother of three and is involved in her daughter's soccer team. She is also curious about new technology and enjoys testing different AI tools.
Frida is curious, solution-oriented and appreciates projects where she gets to familiarize herself with new areas. She is a full-stack developer and, according to her colleagues, someone who can "learn anything in an afternoon". Frida loves development but is also a culture builder, both with us and with our customers. When she is not working, you can often find her in the stables, at a metal concert or at home with her Bengal cats.
Evelina is responsible for marketing at Vinnter and works on packaging and communicating what is happening in the business. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time exercising and yoga, nature and her dog. She also has a great interest in health, skincare, style and design. Free time is often spent with family, at the spa or watching a really good series.
Camilla is an advisor to the board and has extensive experience in digital transformation from, among others, Collector Bank, ICA and Stampen. She lives in the Gothenburg archipelago on the island of Fotö, where the sea and nature characterize life. When she is not working, she enjoys painting, gardening or hanging out with neighbors and friends.
These women have different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. But they share the same curiosity, commitment and desire to do work they can be proud of.
