To grow with strength in an uncertain time

Our CEO, Johanna Ternström shares her thoughts on 2026.

When I look back on the past two years, it is with a sense of pride. The market has been challenging, the world around us shaky and conditions have changed. At the same time, we have established ourselves nationally, taken responsibility in our assignments and delivered what we have said we will deliver.

Ahead of 2026, we see opportunities to continue to grow, but in a way that is sustainable for us. We want to recruit a few more people and further strengthen our cutting edge in IoT, but without compromising our culture. For us, it is more important to grow right than to grow quickly. The security and culture of cooperation we have built up is a prerequisite for the quality of what we do.

We also see good opportunities to deepen and broaden our collaborations, especially in business and organizational development. Combining technical expertise with strategic understanding creates stronger offerings, and we want to take an even clearer position in this area. Together with the right partners, we can contribute in larger contexts and create more long-term value for our customers.

The world around us does not look set to become less complex in 2026. Therefore, I believe that issues of resilience and data security will become even more important. For us, resilience is both about our own organization and about the solutions we deliver. We need to be confident even when all the answers are not available, and we need to build technology and strategies that last even when conditions change rapidly. The last few years have shown that we can handle headwinds. It has made us more robust and more aware of what is really important.

AI has dominated the conversation in the market for some time. I hope that during the year we will see a shift from hype to concrete business benefits. From technology for technology's sake to a clearer link between data and value creation. Of particular interest is the development of AI linked to product data and devices, where embedded AI and AIoT open up for smarter and safer solutions. It is an area with great potential for many businesses.

At the same time, the role of developers is changing at a rapid pace. The demands for holistic understanding are increasing, and AI is becoming a natural tool in everyday life. For us, continuous development is a natural part of the work. Developing together is an integral part of how we work.

We enter 2026 with a good feeling. It is not a market with full tailwinds, but there are more opportunities than in a long time. Our ambition is to use the strength we have built up during tougher years to continue to grow steadily, with quality and responsibility as a foundation.
